Dealing with Situations Constructively and Quickly!

Narconon Student

Once the drug cravings have been kicked for good and the physical side of addiction eliminated, it’s time to address the reasons a person turned to drugs in the first place. This is what Mackenzie has gained out of one of the Life Skills courses.

“Through reading Changing Conditions In Life, I have been able to identify the different situations and conditions I have been in and how to get myself out of situations and improve my condition. This will be a huge part of my recovery and continued sobriety because life is life and bad things will happen and I need to know how to deal with them constructively and quickly which is what this is teaching me!“
