Figured Out What Caused Me to Relapse

The New Life Detoxification portion of the Narconon Program is one of the many things that sets us apart from other programs. The sauna has the potential to be not only physically beneficial but mentally and emotionally beneficial as well. Often times by clearing one’s body of toxins a person is also able to gain a fresh perspective on life and realize things about themselves that they had not thought about before.

Sauna was great, I had a lot of success. I was able to figure out what had caused me to relapse which was huge for me. I feel great and really refreshed. I feel happy all the time which is great for me since I wasn’t for a while.

 I am very satisfied with where I am.
