I Know I Can Live Without Drugs

When people first get to treatment they often question whether or not they can live without using drugs. Some people even question if they even want to live without drugs. The goal that we have for each individual is that by the time they have completed their program they have been able to realize that a life without drugs is not only possible, it is preferable.

Deep down no one really wants to go through life addicted to anything. It is not a good feeling to have to take something in order to feel normal. That is why it is so empowering for a person when they realize they can make it through life without drugs and not only feel normal but also feel healthy. When someone is truly able to handle their addiction they gain a newfound freedom and lease on life.
