I Have Learned to Be True to Myself

“Upon completing the Narconon Program I feel I have had many wins, gains, and improved my overall self-being. When I first arrived at Narconon I was angry and not being true to myself. I was in denial on many aspects of my life.

“The program, over time, began to help me confront this anger and take responsibility for my past actions. I then started to learn how to move on from the past and focus on the present. I began to notice myself becoming a happier, positive person.

“It felt really good to be recognized for the significant changes, along with helping other students who might have been having similar difficulties as I did at the beginning of my program.

“I feel I have become physically overall healthier and have developed a regular routine to maintain this healthiness. Mentally I have learned to have better control of my emotions. I was able to reflect back on my life and recognize who may have been causing me harm and preventing me from moving forward/excelling in my life. I can also now see who were some of my biggest support systems. Without doing this program none of that may have been possible.
