Improved Outlook Through the Personal Values Course

Sometimes confronting the past can be rather difficult and can create uncomfortable feelings. Although it is not an easy process this is nevertheless an important one. By learning to confront and take responsibility for the past, a person is able to leave it there, learn from it and then move forward. One of the many benefits that can be gained from improving responsibility by completing the Personal Values Course is an improved outlook on life.

“Writing down my harmful acts I had committed in the past and the bad things I had not told anybody, regarding my personal life was really helpful. I had a rough time when I first started because I was getting really bad physical sensations connected to these episodes, but I kept writing and this went away. As I continued writing it got easier and easier to confront what I had done and I feel lighter. It feels good to get that stuff off of my chest.”
