Personal Values Helped Me in Ways I Did Not Expect

Narconon Colorado Student

One of the things that we work on at Narconon is improving someone’s ability to confront both past and present problems. By doing this a person is able to gain better control of their life.

“Doing the Personal Values course, part of the program has helped me greatly in many ways I did not expect. I was a little weary of doing it at first. I was able to use my confronting skills to confront the things from my past and get them off my chest. I was never able to do that before.”
