Self Discovery Through Objectives

Happy young man

Objectives are designed to help a person to become established in the here and now instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. This portion of the program can be challenging but it is also an opportunity to learn more about oneself.

“Getting through objectives wasn’t the easiest, but I definitely learned new things about myself. I’m more patient and comfortable in uncomfortable situations and I’m ready to move on with my program.”
