“Before coming to Narconon Colorado, I was battling with alcohol. I didn’t think I needed help and I didn’t want to accept the fact that I did have an addiction. I was on the verge of losing my wife, my son, family, and myself. I had almost lost everything and then finally opened my eyes and realized that I needed help or my life was going to be over.

“That night I called Narconon Colorado. I was scared but I knew in my heart it was something I had to do! During Drug-Free Withdrawal, I had wanted to leave, I didn’t think I could face everything I needed to face, but the amazing and dedicated employees that work here made me see the bright side of life and how they handled the situation made me feel like I was cared for again and I finally accepted that being here was the best thing for me. The sauna detox was amazing and I had gained back a lot of my emotions that my addiction took from me. I was able to back the sleep I lost, my body began feeling amazing and I cared for things again. I felt healthy and energized, and ready to live a sober life; and that’s something I always wanted.

“Objectives was hard but worth it. As the days progressed, so did I. I got out of my own head and really took the time I needed and let the program work, which it did. My communication has grown immensely and I was finally able to work with others.

“I gave my all into Life Skills. I let everything that was holding me back finally go. For once in my life, I finally felt free from my demons. This was a huge part for me during my program and helped me feel successful and actually happy with myself again. I felt all the “baggage: I had brought in with me, weighing me down, finally lift off my shoulders and my mind and I didn’t feel trapped in my head anymore. I felt free and happy and successful again!

“I got my wife and son back, I got my family back and, most importantly, I got ME back. The real me, the person I knew I could be. I could not have done this without the amazing, caring, loving staff that pushed and helped me through everything each and every day.”

“The program also made me see that I have a chance at life again and at this point, I’m ready for that chance. Now, as I am writing this success story, I feel like a new person, a new man. I got my wife and son back, I got my family back and, most importantly, I got ME back. The real me, the person I knew I could be. I could not have done this without the amazing, caring, loving staff that pushed and helped me through everything each and every day.

“Narconon is an amazing place and they helped me get my life back. I couldn't be more happy with myself and I now can say I am very proud of the man I have become.

“Thank you, Narconon!”
