Are you serious? Today, I read an article about a large medical software company manipulating the doctor-patient relationship, in order to increase the sales of opiate medications. You read that right; I don’t think I could make that stuff up.
Hateful Comments on Social Media Point to An Alarming Trend
I have even seen several comments stating that overdose victims should not be given Narcan anymore in order to “solve the problem.” Has our society really become so cold that so many people would rather stand by and let someone die than give them another chance at life? Since when has this sort of behavior become socially acceptable? Why are people so quick to spew hate on social media?

With all of the attention that is being placed on the overdose death rates across the United States little to no attention is being given to the youngest victims of this crisis. Every day across the United States children are being born addicted to opioids.
