I Feel Like I’ve Gotten Everything Out of Sauna That I Needed.
After getting drug, alcohol and environmental toxins out of the body, most people feel much better. One of the reasons we do the New Life Detoxification portion of the program early on is to get people feeling better physically as soon as possible.
Learning Important Life Skills in Withdrawal
During the Drug-Free Withdrawal portion of the program, students focus on learning to be comfortable without the use of drugs and alcohol. One of the ways we work on this is by doing Training Drills. The two Training Drills we focus on during Withdrawal are “Be there” and “Confront.
I Needed This
In my opinion, one of the successful aspects of the Narconon Program is instead of telling a person why they are here or have done what they have done, we help people figure these things out for themselves.
The Beginning of the End of a 20+ Year Drug Addiction
So many times I thought, no, I actually believed that I had reached the end of my life. I’d lose everything and have to start again. It usually didn’t take long before I would lose it all again, each time going further down and closer to the real end of life. Now I can actually say thank you to my family and thank you to Narconon for helping me turn an end into a real beginning.
